1. Margin Requirements
Margin requirements shall be calculated based on the larger leg of any open positions.
Example: In the case of a hedge position of 1 lot EUR/USD Buy and 0.7 lot EUR/USD Sell, the margin shall be calculated on the 1 lot (larger side), not on the net difference.
2. Dynamic Leverage
The Company provides dynamic leverage.
Accounts may be moved to dynamic leverage at any time and at the sole discretion of the broker, depending on market conditions, trading activity, or overall risk exposure.
3. Bonus Terms
Any bonus provided by the Company is conditional and subject to specific requirements.
The required trading volume must be completed within one (1) month from the date of granting the bonus.
If the required trading volume is not achieved, the bonus shall be deducted from the account balance.
Bonuses are non-withdrawable until all requirements are fully met.
If a withdrawal request is submitted before meeting the requirements, the bonus and any profits generated from it may be removed.
Abuse of bonus schemes, including but not limited to opening opposite positions solely to inflate trading volume, is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the bonus and/or suspension of the trading account.
